Events, Wedding and Accommodation cancelled due to COVID-19:

In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, a voucher for the full value paid will be issued for use for a later date when restrictions permit. If you have booked directly through us due to the COVID-19 crisis if your refund is permitted, this will take up to 90 days from date of cancellation.If you have booked via 3rd party, you will need to contact the company to process your refund.

If you have not paid for a booking that has now been cancelled due to hotel and restaurant closure:
Your reservation is cancelled, you will not be charged and no further action is required.
